Pfizer seeks a Utilities & Energy Engineer to oversee operation, optimization, and commissioning of critical site utility systems including steam, chilled water, compressed air, and pharmaceutical water systems. Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, process, energy, or chemical engineering or equivalent
3–5+ years experience in industrial utilities, facilities, or energy engineering
Strong knowledge of industrial utility systems and equipment operation
Experience delivering and commissioning CAPEX and OPEX engineering projects
Demonstrated troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capability
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and performance data
Pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environment experience (desirable)

What you'll be doing

Provide engineering support for chilled water, steam, compressed air, HVAC, and water systems optimization
Monitor system performance and lead troubleshooting investigations for utility equipment failures
Lead energy projects from design through commissioning, FAT/SAT, and handover
Identify energy efficiency and reliability improvements through performance data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Support BMS, SCADA, and digital tool implementation to monitor consumption and develop performance dashboards
