Role summary

Field Service Technician I will prepare medical equipment for patient use through cleaning, disinfection, functional testing, and minor repairs across Baxter service centers and customer locations. The role requires 24/7 on-call availability including weekends and holidays.

What you'll be doing

Move, inspect, and load/unload medical equipment in service centers and customer locations
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform preventative maintenance on Baxter products
Provide on-call support including 24/7 coverage for service calls and equipment delivery
Demonstrate product operation to healthcare staff and customers using electronic documentation systems
Operate company vehicles and maintain safe, clean work environments per 5S standards
