Role summary
Baxter seeks a Field Sales Performance Manager for the Advanced Surgery division covering the Southeast region. This leadership role focuses on developing sales talent, coaching representatives, and delivering clinical and commercial training across multiple states.

What you'll be doing
- Oversee quota accountability for new hires and coach sales representatives through field rides and business reviews
- Mentor sales teams on commercial selling skills, customer knowledge, and product knowledge across lifecycle
- Develop educational content and training materials for advanced surgery sales representatives
- Partner with Area Vice President and training leadership to identify and deliver role-specific training programs
- Facilitate regional and national sales meetings, new-product training, and material updates
Compensation$110,000-$130,000 annually, plus eligibility for Sales Incentive Plan
