Role summary

What you'll be doing

Develop, maintain, and optimize preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for facilities and building systems
Plan and coordinate work orders in CMMS, ensuring proper scope, timing, and resource allocation
Coordinate internal technicians and external vendors to execute work safely and in compliance
Monitor maintenance backlog, equipment availability, and schedule adherence; identify and mitigate risks
Support facilities shutdowns, changeovers, and special projects through detailed scheduling and resource planning
