Role summary
Fabricator I position on weekend shift (Friday-Sunday) at Stryker's Portage facility. Produces high-quality fabricated parts using various equipment, performs inspections, and maintains quality standards while meeting production goals.

What you'll be doing
- Produce high-quality fabricated parts using various fabrication equipment
- Operate loaded/unloader, drill press, weld nut station, saw, or other basic fabrication stations
- Conduct inspections per gage plans and troubleshoot as needed
- Set up, prepare work, maintain machines, and ensure quality assurance of work area
- Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and production goals while completing required record-keeping
Compensation$20.50/hr + $2.00 shift premium, bonus eligible, benefits included
