Role summary
Cytokinetics seeks an Executive Director of U.S. Healthcare Compliance to lead compliance strategy and oversight for its cardiovascular drug portfolio. This strategic leader will build and manage the compliance program, chair the Global Healthcare Compliance Committee, and ensure ethical practices across commercial and medical affairs operations.
What they're looking for
- 15+ years compliance experience in biopharmaceutical companies, law firms, or both
- Juris Doctorate (JD) or other advanced degree strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, Sunshine Act, PhRMA Code
- Proven track record chairing high-level committees and influencing executives
- Expertise in federal and state pharmaceutical development and commercialization regulations
What you'll be doing
- Develop, maintain, and improve U.S. healthcare compliance program aligned with OIG guidance
- Lead MYQORZO brand compliance strategy for commercialization and product lifecycle management
- Chair Global Healthcare Compliance Committee overseeing HCP and HCO interactions
- Strengthen corporate compliance culture and integrity standards with senior leadership
- Identify, manage, and report global operational risks to executive management and board
