- Cross-functional product team leadership experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to lead in matrixed environments without direct authority
- Strong business process orientation with practical deployment capability

- Translate business strategy and drug development vision into PDM execution plans and strategies
- Develop and own product technical plans including timelines, multi-year budgets, and critical deliverables
- Ensure end-to-end plan design and risk mitigation across technical development, CMC, supply chain, and quality
- Drive portfolio-level decisions to optimize resource allocation and enterprise value
- Coach and mentor PDM Product Strategy Leaders and early-career scientists and engineers
