Role summary
Baxter seeks an Engineering Specialist to provide enterprise-level technical leadership for cloud shared services and connected-care platforms. What you'll be doing
- Define and drive long-term architecture vision, technical roadmap, and cloud-native platform strategy
- Guide enterprise-wide architectural decisions and establish governance standards across engineering organizations
- Lead design of scalable service and API architectures with focus on best practices and alignment
- Partner with engineering and operations teams on multi-region cloud strategies and operational readiness
- Influence stakeholders and mentor senior technical leaders to advance architecture maturity and innovation
