Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for design and manufacturing problems
Generate engineering documentation including schematics, test plans, and verification reports ensuring regulatory compliance
Develop and execute test protocols for electrical subsystems and complete devices to meet safety and performance standards
Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams throughout the product lifecycle
