Role summary

- Provide technical EHS leadership and direction using risk-based engineering approaches
- Manage EHS Engineers, set priorities, allocate work, and monitor team delivery
- Lead complex risk assessments involving chemical hazards, containment, and exposure potential
- Provide EHS input to capital projects, design reviews, and technology transfer initiatives
- Coordinate incident investigations, audits, corrective actions, and compliance programs
