Role summary

Cytokinetics seeks a Director of Pricing Implementation & Performance Analytics to lead strategic pricing governance, contracting analytics, and market access performance across the organization. This role partners with cross-functional commercial teams to drive operational excellence in pricing, customer negotiations, and data-driven business insights for a specialty cardiovascular biopharmaceutical company.

8-10+ years progressive pharmaceutical experience in managed care pricing, contracting, or market access analytics
Strong understanding of payer markets, customer business models, and pharmaceutical contract structures
Demonstrated knowledge of legal, compliance, and governance considerations in pharmaceutical pricing
Advanced analytical and financial analysis skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence cross-functional stakeholders

What you'll be doing

Partner with Senior Director to enhance U.S. pricing governance and facilitate cross-functional decision-making processes
Support B2B negotiations on business terms including rebates, discounts, and fee structures with customers
Develop deal modeling and business-case analyses to inform pricing governance and contracting decisions
Monitor market access performance indicators and translate data into actionable insights for leadership
Build and maintain contracting performance dashboards utilizing internal and external data sources
