- 10+ years progressive leadership in manufacturing or operations within regulated industries
- 5+ years leading managers and multi-functional teams in manufacturing disciplines
- 5+ years supporting regulatory inspections, customer audits, and compliance activities
- 5+ years experience with new product introduction, technology transfer, and commercial manufacturing
- Deep understanding of FDA regulations, ISO 13485, and cGMP requirements

- Lead multi-functional operations organization including manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, facilities, and environmental health & safety
- Establish high-performance culture focused on accountability, employee development, and continuous improvement
- Drive operational performance metrics related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and compliance
- Champion Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to enhance efficiency and optimize resources
- Build leadership capability through coaching, talent development, and succession planning
