- Advanced degree in life sciences, health economics, or business
- Fluent English; additional European languages advantageous
- Strong communication, data synthesis, matrix leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
What you'll be doing
- Lead European rare disease access strategies aligned with global objectives and country-specific needs
- Manage health technology assessment dossiers, pricing negotiations, and reimbursement submissions
- Monitor European healthcare policies, payer trends, and reimbursement framework changes
- Engage payers, policymakers, and advocacy groups to advance patient access initiatives
- Partner with medical affairs and health economics teams on evidence generation and outcomes research
Compensation€100,275–€167,125 annually
