Role summary
Director-level legal role providing counsel to the Human Health Division on commercial contracts, fraud and abuse compliance, and regulatory matters. Reports to support business objectives while managing legal risks and outside counsel relationships.
What they're looking for
- J.D. from accredited U.S. law school; admitted to Pennsylvania or another state bar
- Active bar membership in good standing in at least one state or D.C.
- Minimum 4 years legal experience in law firm or corporate environment
- Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and teamwork skills
- Preferred: knowledge of pharmaceutical industry laws and patient support programs
- Preferred: experience with product liability litigation and business counseling
What you'll be doing
- Counsel Human Health Division on commercial contracting and fraud/abuse compliance risks
- Advise on pricing, access, reimbursement policies, and antitrust compliance matters
- Support policy initiatives aligned with business objectives and legal requirements
- Supervise legal activities and manage relationships with external counsel
