Role summary
Director role driving adoption and optimization of AI-powered field capabilities and the GPro iOS platform for HIV Prevention. Reports to Senior Director of Field AI Strategy & Enablement, translating business priorities into scalable solutions that enhance field effectiveness and commercial impact across sales, analytics, marketing, and technical teams.

- Serve as business lead for GPro platform, driving adoption and optimization across field organization
- Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, IT, and Data Science to define requirements and deliver solutions
- Establish outcome-based KPIs and monitor performance to evaluate adoption and commercial impact
- Drive workflow efficiency by identifying automation opportunities and embedding AI insights into field processes
