What you'll be doing
- Draft, review, and negotiate procurement, license, collaboration, and M&A agreements
- Advise internal stakeholders on regulatory compliance, contractual obligations, and commercial law
- Partner with M&A and transactions teams on manufacturing and supply chain aspects of corporate deals
- Coordinate with IP, regulatory, quality, and compliance groups on legal matters and risk mitigation
- Oversee and coordinate legal matters handled by external counsel
