Role summary

Cytokinetics seeks a Director of Business Process Management to establish and advance enterprise-wide business process governance across Global Supply Chain and Technical Operations. This leader will design standardized process architecture, drive operational excellence, and enable digital transformation while partnering with cross-functional teams in a regulated biopharmaceutical environment.

8–10 years healthcare industry experience in pharmaceutical, supply chain, manufacturing, or technical operations
5–10 years in operational excellence, strategy, business operations, or equivalent leadership roles
Strong knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain processes, cGMP, and regulatory requirements
Exceptional project management, change management, and stakeholder facilitation skills
Ability to influence cross-functional leaders without direct authority in matrixed environments

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute enterprise Business Process Management strategy across Global Supply Chain & Technical Operations
Establish standardized process taxonomy and governance structures across all major value streams
Design multi-year maturity roadmaps and define ownership lifecycle management for all enterprise processes
Conduct baseline assessments, identify optimization opportunities, and establish KPIs for process health and strategic alignment
Lead organizational adoption of standardized processes through workshops, communities of practice, and change management initiatives
