Role summary
Agilent seeks an accomplished Business Development Director to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue within the CDMO biologics and complex chemistry sectors. This role requires deep commercial expertise, technical knowledge, and an established network of pharmaceutical industry contacts across North America.

What you'll be doing
- Identify emerging business opportunities and develop growth strategies for assigned accounts
- Achieve assigned portion of annual revenue goals while meeting margin expectations
- Conduct bi-weekly financial forecasting and probability assessments for business opportunities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with technical SMEs, marketing, operations, and project management teams
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, industry partners, and strategic customers
