- Review, validate, and manage Letters of Credit for compliance with commercial terms and shipment requirements
- Prepare and present export documentation to banks, ensuring first-time compliance and timely payment processing
- Identify service improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions based on customer feedback and performance metrics
