What you'll be doing
- Develop competency in manual and robotic orthopedic case coverage through hands-on training
- Assist surgeons with pre-operative planning, implant sizing, and CT-based software support
- Prepare operating room equipment, instrumentation, and verify readiness before procedures
- Troubleshoot technical issues during live surgical cases in the operating room
- Provide on-call coverage including evenings, weekends, and holidays for urgent cases
