Role summary

- Conduct site monitoring activities including selection, initiation, routine visits, and closeout
- Evaluate site performance and ensure protocol adherence, GCP compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Partner with sites to develop and implement patient recruitment and retention strategies
- Deliver protocol training and maintain communication with site staff on study expectations
- Prepare monitoring reports and ensure essential documentation is complete and accurate
