Role summary
Business Unit Director responsible for sales and marketing operations of the Neurovascular business unit across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The role manages regional sales teams, executes strategic initiatives, and maintains full P&L accountability for the assigned territory.

What you'll be doing
- Manage full P&L responsibility and profitability of the business unit
- Develop and execute annual marketing and sales plans aligned with strategic goals
- Lead and develop regional sales managers and sales representatives
- Build and manage key customer relationships while conducting field-based selling activities
- Provide monthly sales forecasts and collaborate across EMEA business units on franchise strategy
Compensation€124,700–€207,700 EUR (Germany); €127,800–€212,900 EUR (Austria); CHF168,400–CHF280,600 CHF (Switzerland)
