Role summary

- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 on 4.0 scale
- Experience interpreting schematic diagrams and performing troubleshooting on diagnostic or electronic equipment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs unassisted; frequent bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills
What you'll be doing
- Evaluate customer biomedical equipment issues and implement appropriate repairs under supervision
- Perform planned maintenance, safety, and environmental inspections on assigned equipment
- Maintain daily customer communications and documentation of all repair actions and service reports
- Assist experienced technicians on complex repairs and work as part of local service delivery team
- Respond to rotating on-call schedule across multiple hospitals in El Paso and southern New Mexico
