What they're looking for
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Biomedical, or Mechanical Engineering with 2+ years medical equipment service experience
- High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years medical equipment service experience
- Equivalent military education with 2+ years medical equipment service experience
- Knowledge of electronic digital circuitry and electro-mechanical devices
- Ability to interpret schematic diagrams
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship
- Ability to lift 35 lbs unassisted and work after-hours or rotating on-call schedules
What you'll be doing
- Diagnose biomedical equipment issues and implement appropriate repairs and maintenance
- Perform safety and environmental inspections to support customer healthcare delivery
- Maintain compliance with company policies, hospital protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain customer relationships and communication to ensure satisfaction and proper follow-up
- Report quality or compliance concerns to the Quality Organization immediately
