Role summary

Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred; molecular pathology or spatial transcriptomics knowledge desirable

What you'll be doing

Develop, validate, and deploy automated image analysis workflows for histopathology and spatial biology applications
Design machine learning approaches for cell segmentation, phenotyping, biomarker quantification, and spatial analysis with appropriate validation
Build custom Python scripts and automated pipelines for image processing across multi-modal imaging datasets
Architect and integrate databases into scalable systems while configuring computational resources for high-throughput processing
Collaborate with pathologists, biologists, and bioinformaticians; present findings and contribute to publications
