What you'll be doing
- Build and maintain relationships with integrated delivery networks, healthcare systems, hospitals, and community clinics in assigned territory
- Develop and execute account strategies to secure formulary inclusion, electronic medical records placement, and product pathways
- Coordinate cross-functional matrix teams including reimbursement managers, medical liaisons, and sales to align on customer engagement strategies
- Conduct regular account visits and deliver clinical information to pharmacy directors, infectious disease leaders, and P&T committee members
- Lead strategic launch planning and execution across all functions to support product expansion and market access initiatives
