Role summary

- 10+ years of biopharma or related operations experience with proven high performance
- 3-5 years of healthcare customer/vendor management experience strongly preferred
- 3+ years operationalizing specialty pharmacy programs and networks
- Ability to extract insights from data trends to improve program performance
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
What you'll be doing
- Direct and monitor specialty pharmacy and IDN operations to drive patient access and adherence
- Manage vendor performance against contractual obligations through data analysis and QBRs
- Implement program enhancements and operational efficiencies with cross-functional teams
- Develop key messages and maintain program correspondence through regulatory approval processes
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and KPI reporting while ensuring compliance with applicable laws
