What you'll be doing

Lead the Campus departmental SHE Advisor community through matrix leadership and capability development
Oversee investigation and governance of all near misses, incidents, and accidents across occupational, environmental, and process safety domains
Design and coordinate SHE and process safety training programmes in partnership with Learning & Development
Manage emergency response planning, fire safety strategy, and business continuity planning
Deliver process safety culture agenda, Life Saving Rules verification, and critical control assurance programmes
