What you'll be doing
- Lead corporate and programmatic SHE governance framework including learning, global action plans, and initiatives
- Manage ISO 45001/14001/50001 audit programmes end-to-end and coordinate external audit facilitation
- Oversee SHE outsourced providers through matrix authority and service-level agreement governance
- Maintain and report on SHE Key Performance Indicators, dashboards, and compliance status to senior leadership
- Administer SHE training records, competency assurance, and statutory training compliance via digital systems
