Role summary

- Coach and develop colleagues across organizational levels on lean methodologies and continuous improvement
- Facilitate value-scouting workshops and lead complex cost-reduction and productivity initiatives
- Establish lean roadmaps and oversee regional cost-saving project governance and reporting
