Establish standards, playbooks, and governance frameworks ensuring compliance and consistency across global teams
Partner with technology and platform teams to shape capability roadmaps and solution delivery approaches
Serve as strategic escalation point for complex digital needs and advise senior leaders on opportunities and risks
