Role summary

- Design, implement, and manage incentive compensation plans for all customer-facing teams
- Ensure accurate IC reporting, payouts, and compliance with finance and payroll standards
- Provide strategic and ad hoc analytical support to sales leadership for informed decision-making
- Monitor performance against plan and recommend adjustments to field operations and IC strategies
