Role summary
Lyell Immunopharma seeks an Associate Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities. - Partner with R&D, Clinical, Commercial and G&A leaders on spend monitoring and cost analysis
- Develop and maintain driver-based financial models linking operations to financial performance
- Lead headcount and operating expense planning with HR and functional leaders
