Role summary
Merck seeks an Associate Director to develop and execute learning strategies that build commercial capabilities for marketing and market access teams. This role partners across global and US functions to support launch readiness, marketing modernization, and commercial performance through targeted learning solutions.

- Support Marketing Academy development and role-based career journeys for marketing functions
- Advance market access learning strategies covering access strategy, payer dynamics, and evidence communication
- Collaborate with Learning Creation teams to develop scalable, compliant learning experiences and measure impact
