Lead copy strategy and development for diagnostics divisions across web, email, digital, print, and sales enablement materials
Coach and mentor copywriters while maintaining brand voice, scientific accuracy, and customer experience standards
Collaborate with UX, brand, and creative managers through full creative process from strategy to final output
Build partnerships across Marketing, Product, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to influence messaging direction
Manage copy processes, team resourcing, and timelines to achieve strategic objectives and budgets
