What you'll be doing

Lead AmpSeq programme as strategic growth platform, driving revenue and customer conversion across global stakeholders
Direct cross-functional change across NGS workflows, manufacturing scale-up, quality controls, and customer onboarding
Establish and manage KPIs for revenue, conversion, turnaround time, manufacturing readiness, and service delivery
Own programme governance model, including operational huddles, escalation reviews, and steering committee decisions
Partner with Operations, Commercial, Product Development, and site leadership to align priorities and unblock delivery
