Role summary
Johnson & Johnson seeks a senior accounting team lead for its Global Shared Finance function in the Philippines. This role manages accounting operations, leads a team of associates, and drives compliance and continuous improvement across financial processes for a multinational organization.

- Global Account to Report function experience in multinational environment
- Experience leading at least one work migration or process transition
- CPA, CMA, MBA, or other financial certification preferred
What you'll be doing
- Execute daily accounting operations and financial period closing per SLA commitments while maintaining compliance and SOX requirements
- Lead and develop accounting team of B25 and below associates without direct reporting lines
- Identify and remediate compliance risks, maintain internal controls for adequate audit ratings
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency aligned with global standards
- Serve as operational liaison between accounting team and business stakeholders, resolving issues and coordinating with SMEs
