Role summary
Johnson & Johnson seeks an EMS Projects Specialist to lead environmental monitoring systems initiatives across pharmaceutical manufacturing sites in Belgium. What you'll be doing
- Lead and support cross-functional projects and site initiatives as central EMS expert
- Direct improvement initiatives contributing to safety, compliance, quality, and operational performance
- Assess and execute change controls with qualification documentation for equipment and facility modifications
- Lead incident investigations, advise on quality impact, and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Contribute to GMP inspections and audits, ensure timely follow-up on findings
