What you'll be doing

Supervise manufacturing employees and coordinate departmental activities across production, maintenance, and shipping
Plan, schedule, and staff operations to fulfill sales orders and meet inventory requirements while maintaining cGMP compliance
Monitor production efficiency, output, and safety through data collection and process improvements
Train, evaluate, and develop employee performance; investigate non-conformities using root cause analysis
Maintain documentation including SOPs, batch records, and work instructions; ensure safety policies are implemented
