Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Assist in drafting, filing, and prosecuting patent applications with USPTO and international offices
- Analyze company and third-party patents and applications with IP attorneys
- Collaborate on patent strategy for innovations with researchers and legal team
- Support patent litigation matters and counsel on freedom-to-operate and patentability issues
- Present final project on patent law issue to IP Group leadership
