Role summary
A 10-12 week internship in Global Workplace and Enterprise Services supporting facility operations, maintenance, and project delivery. Interns will assist with equipment reliability, data analysis, process improvements, and sustainability initiatives across a New Jersey manufacturing site.

- Currently enrolled in bachelor's program in engineering or related field
- Major in chemical, electrical, mechanical, environmental, or biomedical engineering, or construction management
- Beginner, intermediate, or advanced level work experience (first through final co-op)
- Available for 10-12 week internship commitment
- Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
What you'll be doing
- Support HVAC, engineering, and operations teams in monitoring equipment performance and asset reliability
- Assist with preventive and predictive maintenance activities and operational data analysis
- Create visual dashboards and reports to track KPIs and support engineering decision-making
- Support automation projects and process improvements to reduce manual reporting and increase efficiency
- Participate in safety walkdowns, portfolio meetings, and cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives
