Strong documentation and metadata management practices
Knowledge of radiation safety compliance and equipment certification

What you'll be doing

Maintain instrument alignment, calibration, and uptime across the facility
Establish and execute quality control standards and schedules
Perform non-routine measurements including air-sensitive samples and thin films
Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and vendor service contracts
Train and certify users; commission new instruments and write standard operating procedures

Compensation$200,000-$275,000 base plus equity
