- Strong understanding of Workday Business Process Framework, security roles, and calculated fields
- Experience supporting global or multi-country Workday environments
- Strong stakeholder communication and technical problem-solving abilities
What you'll be doing
- Serve as primary subject matter expert for global Workday Time Tracking and Absence configuration, maintenance, and optimization
- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and regional teams to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Time & Absence initiatives from requirements through deployment and support
- Design and maintain reports, dashboards, Business Processes, and security configurations for time and absence transactions
- Support global rollouts, country deployments, and regulatory changes; troubleshoot complex integration and payroll impact issues
