Role summary
Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks an experienced Vice President of Corporate Development to lead the organization's global mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. What you'll be doing
- Define and execute corporate development strategy aligned to long-range company plan
- Identify, source, and prioritize acquisition targets and strategic partnerships across life sciences
- Lead end-to-end deal execution including valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and closing
- Coordinate cross-functional due diligence teams and post-merger integration planning
- Develop relationships with investment banks, advisors, founders, and industry stakeholders
Compensation$213,500–$423,500 base annually
