What you'll be doing
- Train in advanced laboratory techniques including flow chemistry, photochemistry, and Design-of-Experiments
- Design and execute novel chemical experiments for photoredox catalysis optimization and scale-up
- Conduct syntheses of complex organic compounds and evaluate reaction optimization techniques
- Maintain detailed electronic laboratory notebook documentation and operate analytical instruments
- Present project progress, experimental data, and recommendations to the project team
