Role summary
Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Senior Upstream Processing Technician to support commercial and clinical biologics manufacturing in St. Louis. What you'll be doing
- Execute manufacturing batch records, work instructions, and SOPs with focus on accuracy and compliance
- Perform upstream processing operations including mammalian cell culture propagation and aseptic techniques
- Operate large-scale bioreactors (50L-2000L) and conduct filtration or centrifugation activities
- Maintain detailed documentation of all activities to meet cGMP requirements and support quality investigations
- Support department operations by maintaining suite, supplies, equipment, and logbooks according to site procedures
