Role summary
Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Clinical Trial Coordinator to provide administrative and technical support for global clinical trials. - Proficiency in MS Office and clinical trial database systems (GoBalto, eTMF)
- Excellent English language skills and local language proficiency as needed
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to complete PPD clinical training program
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate and oversee clinical trial activities and file reviews per task matrix
- Maintain study documentation, electronic TMF systems, and project-specific trackers
- Process documents, perform eTMF reviews, and transmit materials to clients and IRB/IEC
- Analyze study metrics and reconcile findings reports for accuracy and resolution
- Support scheduling of meetings, regulatory tracking, and investigator site file coordination
