Conduct site visits, process optimization studies, and scale-up/scale-down technical proposals
Lead troubleshooting of complex cases in collaboration with quality, manufacturing, and development teams
Develop technical strategy with sales; identify new opportunities and support technology presentations
Collaborate across marketing, R&D, and manufacturing; mentor junior staff and document best practices
