Role summary
ResMed seeks a Territory Manager to drive sales growth in an assigned Virginia territory while serving as a field representative to healthcare organizations. The role combines new business development with account management, requiring prospecting, quoting, and ongoing customer education.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum 2+ years medical sales experience in healthcare, medical, or pharmaceutical sectors preferred
- 4+ years total sales experience with demonstrated success
- Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
What you'll be doing
- Achieve revenue goals for service sales and assigned product lines in territory
- Prospect, quote, and close new business while expanding existing accounts
- Provide in-service training and education to new and existing healthcare accounts
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and timely submission of required reports
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product Managers and Customer Experience on customer needs
