What you'll be doing
- Serve as primary IT contact for UK-based employees, handling support requests end-to-end
- Build and configure new hire PCs, mobile devices, and peripherals; troubleshoot cloud-based issues
- Mentor junior technicians, contractors, and temporary workers on technical matters
- Manage advanced-level support tickets and coordinate with other teams for complex resolutions
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, phones, and printers
